Dashboard UX · Internal Tools · AI Interaction · Spatial Computing
During my UX co-op, I worked across multiple enterprise product design initiatives, including internal dashboard redesigns, product workflow improvements, AI interaction exploration, motion design, and research for emerging technology concepts. Because these projects involved internal tools and sensitive business workflows, this case study presents the work through anonymized descriptions, generalized visuals, and sanitized project framing.
Dashboard UX · Research · Data Trust
Redesigned an internal analytics dashboard experience to improve metric clarity, navigation, information hierarchy, and confidence in data interpretation.
Enterprise UX · Dashboard Design · Workflow Clarity
Conducted research and early redesign exploration for an internal audit dashboard, identifying usability issues, workflow barriers, and design opportunities before handing the project off for continuation at the end of my co-op term.
AI UX · Voice Research · Motion Feedback · Icon Design
Explored an internal AI assistant experience across wireframes, voice interaction research, motion feedback states, and icon direction. The work focused on clarity, trust, responsiveness, and handoff-ready concept development.
AR/XR Research · Emerging Tech · Workflow Design
Explored how XR/AR devices and smart glasses could support field consultants through hands-free documentation, contextual information access, and AI-assisted decision support. The project included device research, hands-on evaluation, workflow analysis, and storyboard-based concept design.
Product Support · Design Systems · Cross-Functional UX
Beyond the major design explorations, I supported ongoing product work by collaborating with project managers, developers, and design stakeholders to refine internal tools and improve existing workflows. This included reviewing implementation needs, contributing to Jira-based feature discussions, aligning page-level improvements with an existing design system, and helping translate design requirements into practical product updates.
I also explored future-facing research and concept directions, including AI voice interaction research, spatial computing workflows for field-based work, visual system exploration, and motion design concepts for internal communication and product experiences.
